But if you LOVE them enough, those bad habits are easy to forget.
IF you love them enough, you get to love those bad habits as well. It’s not as if you’re tolerating that person. Just that you love them in such a way that you totally accept who they are. And that’s one of the most important things when loving a person. Don’t love them for who you want them to be. Or don’t love them because they have most of the qualities you are looking for. Don’t love them if at the back of your mind, you are thinking of changing them into the perfect dream girl/boy you imagine your future partner to be. That’s the biggest mistake you can possibly make and it’s sure as hell gonna end up as a shitty relationship. You’re supposed to love people just the way they are. Although you’re supposed to help them become better, you’re not supposed to control them or get mad at them when you don’t get your way. They have their own thing as much as you do. Your differences are as important as your similarities and if you want someone who’s gonna do what ever you ask him or her to do, you just might as well love yourself.
